I'm always saying I'm going to cut down on meat consumption & whilst I've got quite good out of the house - I often have the vegan option now - I'm not so good in the house. This week we had three nights meat free 🙌🏼 It might not seem like much but it's all a step in the right direction! First up was this vegan lasagne - made solely with a selection of delicious veggies (no Quorn mince nonsense), and the cheese sauce was made with Vitalite sunflower spread, oat milk & vegan mozzarella.
