"Being a complete foodiecrite (a new word I’ve invented for a foodie hypocrite). I’m the first one to judge someone for ordering a Domino’s instead of a beautiful wood-fire, sourdough pizza or going to Nando’s for a meal out instead of one of Edinburgh's great independent restaurants. But those weekends when I’ve had a little too much to drink the night before, I can be found huddle in the covers of my bed shamelessly devouring some disgusting chain food like a, god forbid, McDonald’s. I know right, what a crime! Lock me up and throw away the key!" (She said it)

B R E A K F A S T

"If it’s my last breakfast it really has to be that perfect combination of sweet and savoury so I’m going to have to go for some good old American-style pancakes with loads of maple syrup and rashers of crispy bacon."

L U N C H

"Lunch is quite hard for me as I’m more of a fan of brunch/breakfast so I think I’d have to cheat with some brunch food. I’m pretty addicted to my avocado lately so I think I’d have to go for toasted seeded bread topped with avocado, garlic and chilli flakes, some smoked salmon and a poached egg."

"A baked camembert… no wait a camembert baked in a bread bowl… with extra crusty bread to dip into it!"

M A I N

"It just has to be a beautiful cheesy truffle pizza from my favourite restaurant on the Cours Saleya in Nice, France. It has to be that exact pizza. I will accept no other (just kidding, I would accept just about any pizza…)"

D E S S E R T

"Definitely have to go all out for the last part of my last ever meal so I’d have to get the angels at Civerinos to deliver to my cell one of their indulgent Nutella calzones so I can die in a pool of Nutella."

She might just be a girl after my own heart (and excellent at making up words) but I think we'd better do her arteries a favour and put her out of her misery before she dies a slow and painful death after those last meals!
