Brunch at Bill’s on North Street, Brighton.

From humble beginnings, Bill’s has gone from strength to strength with now dozens of restaurants across the UK.

I have been several times and can attest to immaculate food and service on every occasion. On this occasion, I chose eggs benedict and added a cheeky hash brown on the side.

We attended on a bank holiday Saturday and it was rammed and the service was still swift and attentive.

The muffin was lightly toasted, fresh ham, two perfectly poached eggs and a light, borderline foamy, hollandaise. The hash browns there are amazing – not grease loaded and fresh tasting.

For service, Bills Brighton is genuinely one of the best you’ll find – polite, courteous and attentive 👍🏼 I will never stop raving about their service. One thing always strikes me – you recognise the same staff each time you go, so that is testament to the fact that these people love their jobs.

I have also tried their full english, fish finger sandwich and ribs and all of them were fantastic too. For a reliable ‘go-to’ restaurant, Bill is your guy.
