the wee food bloggerยฉ Bill's Brighton review

Brunch at Bill’s on North Street, Brighton.

From humble beginnings, Bill’s has gone from strength to strength with now dozens of restaurants across the UK.

I have been several times and can attest to immaculate food and service on every occasion. On this occasion, I chose eggs benedict and added a cheeky hash brown on the side.

We attended on a bank holiday Saturday and it wasย rammed and the service was still swift and attentive.

The muffin was lightly toasted, fresh ham, two perfectly poached eggs and a light, borderline foamy, hollandaise. The hash browns there are amazing – not grease loaded and fresh tasting.

For service, Bills Brighton is genuinely one of the best you’ll find – polite, courteous and attentive ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ I will never stop raving about their service. One thing always strikes me – you recognise the same staff each time you go, so that is testament to the fact that these people love their jobs.

I have also tried their full english, fish finger sandwich and ribs and all of them were fantastic too. For a reliable ‘go-to’ restaurant, Bill is your guy.
