Takeaway pizza via Deliveroo from Nuposto, Brighton
After arriving back in the UK from our Reykjavik mini-break, we ordered @nuposto from @deliveroo_uk on our way home from the airport (timed perfectly to arrive just as we did 👏🏼) It was just as well, as we ended up having an impromptu candle lit dinner as our electricity had run out while we were away 🙈
This calzone with tomato, smoked mozzarella, salame Napoli, ricotta and basil warded off the post-holiday blues and finished us on a high note. This was my second Nuposto and it delivered once again; I also think the calzone is the best value item on the menu at £10.50 as it was massive and the ingredients were plentiful 👌🏼
Nuposto offers authentic Napoli pizza (we went to Naples last year and can attest to this), with all of the pizzas named after towns and cities in the region. Despite the slightly random siting of being on West Street – which should always be avoided at all costs – Nuposto is fast becoming one of the go-to places for pizza. And with the Deliveroo collaboration it means that it’s easier than ever to have *good* pizza delivered straight to your door.
Burrata Pugliese
I saved this for the following day to have for lunch. This is ACTUAL CHEESE HEAVEN. If you haven’t tried burrata yet, I implore you to do so. It’s mozzarella cheese with a gooey centre. Since eating this, I have seen it on Instagram being whipped and spread on toast. That’s a serious food porn thought. Nuposto serves their burrata with capocollo and salad.
Have you tried Nuposto? I would like to go to the restaurant as I imagine all of their pizzas will be even better fresh 💛 #theweefoodblogger
